Clan system - Managers

Hey,
I promised a long time ago to create an option to add clan managers.
Clan managers now have power to accept new players to the clan, kick members out of the clan, update clan photo, etc.
Only clan masters have the power to add/remove clan managers.
This isn't finished yet, so far clan managers are allowed to update clan photo and accept new members in the clan.

When you want to add a new member/manager/master you cant go to the 2nd page of your memberlist
